Creation Apologetics Track

Great Homeschool Conventions, Inc. is a conservative organization and avowedly ‘young-earth’. As such, our conventions have always had a significant number of workshop sessions that teach ‘young earth’ subjects, and our 2012 conventions are no exception. To that end, we’re excited to announce that we will have a specific “Creation Apologetics Track” at each of our 2012 conventions, and that these sessions will be led by Dr. Jonathan Sarfati, Carl Kerby, Dr. Jay Wile and Dr. Jobe Martin. We’re also pleased to soon be adding a speaker from The Institute for Creation Research at each of the 2012 conventions, and will have more details as we get closer to each convention.

A complete list of TOPICS and DESCRIPTIONS – specific to each individual convention – will be posted within the next couple of months.

Children’s Conference

Children’s attendance at a “Great Homeschool Convention” is included as a part of the standard “Family Registration” with no additional “per child” registration fee. This is a part of our continuing effort to keep our Great Homeschool Conventions as affordable as reasonably possible.

However, there will also be an OPTIONAL CHILDREN’s CONFERENCE on Friday and Saturday at each of our 2012 conventions. The MidWest Homeschool Convention also has children’s conference hours for the Mike Huckabee event on Thursday evening. This optional program is by Children’s Conferences International and is held either on-site in the convention center, or at an adjacent hotel. Please check their website at www.childrensconferences.com for a schedule for each convention.
